We were considering both those venues for our rehearsal dinner as well! We ultimately chose the Irish Coffee Pub, but I've been to both Captain Bills and the Victorian Room, can't go wrong with either in my opinion.
I have Victorian Room booked! I love it because it's so cute and we are the only event taking place in it! I at first wanted it on the water but ultimately chose Victorian Room- went there for a shower food was delicious! FM if you have any questions
I've been to captain bills for multiple events. They are very reasonable in price and they give you a lot of food for the buffet.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Captain Bill's and I have to say, the food was AMAZING! They do a really nice job and didn't give us a hard time about bringing in a groom's cake or a bottle of champagne.
I'm so glad to hear you had good experiences at CB! I totally agree the Victorian Room is super cute with yummy food. However, we just got a call from my future in laws they said they just booked Captain Bills!! So exciting!
