re-apoholster a couch?

Anyone know how much this costs?

I had a new couch upholstered. I had a couch, two sofa chairs, and an ottoman. It was $2500 all together not including the fabric. The fabric I picked came to exactly $1000. If yours is an old couch, it might be slightly more because they will have to fix some stuff. Since mine was new, that wasn't an issue.

That's what I was afraid of....it might be cheaper to buy a new couch.

Our puppy....put a whole in it near the bottom....it's not really noticeable, but driving me crazy.

IMO, that is a great price for a couch, two sofa chairs, and an ottoman. a brand new couch (1) will cost you approx that much if not more.

they do make those couch slip covers- and i think some websites will make more custom sizes/patterns-- for alot cheaper

Most of the time it is not worth reupholstering. You are better off buying a new couch. My situation was different because I bought a new couch unupholstered.

Slipcovering is about half the price.
