i know a great real estate law firm that fh interned for a few summers ago. they are in mineola on old country rd near the court houses. fm if you want specifics.

i have a great contact in huntington. now only is he a great real estate lawyer, he also represents town on huntington for certain things ( i would assume real estate thigs) but i could be wrong

we used Donna Rosen from Feldman Kramer and Monaco in Hauppauge... only had to go to her office once when we went to contract...
