I am sorry if anyone felt left out of this thread....I NEVER EVER meant any harm to anyone by starting it. I truly apologize if people felt hurt by this thread. I just meant it to be a fun thread. Its unfortunate that the same brides pics keep getting posted over and over. I am actually going through albums and reviews to find pics and trying not to choose just people I am friendly with on here.

Maybe the fact that my pics are in there is only because I started the thread who knows. I never meant to to be a popularity contest....Just FUN

To be honest w/you Kat - I feel there is absolutely NO REASON for you to have to apologize or justify other people's responses. But either way, I personally feel it's a great thread, and I actually had the opportunity of seeing some amazing pics that I never had the time to see.

I understand both sides. The thread was a lot of fun and it was so nice seeing almost everybody get in on, but on the other hand there are some posts out there that do make me personally feel left out like the 'Shout Out' posts.

Kathleen you do an amazing job of including everyone, better than most, and if anyone ever makes you feel bad shame on them because they don't know how truely amazing you are!!

I'm going to be the azz......I thought the thread was fun, and it was nice recollecting old times and old memories as we all posted wedding photos, I think disappointment comes from those of us (myself included) who didn't have the most fabulous wedding photos of their wedding day, and the thread reminded those of us of this fact, which can hurt.

I'm not mad or holding any grudges, but I know that's how I felt when I saw so many beautiful wedding photos and knowing what I didn't get on my wedding day.

I still think you are one of the sweetest girls on LIW, Kathleen!

Kath PLEASE!!!!!!!!! There is no reason for you to apologize!!!!!! You meant no harm or wanted to hurt anybody's feelings...I dont understand people that have it make it known that they are upset bc their pic was not posted...I mean come on give me a break...and with the shoutous...we're all close knit here if we want to shout anybody out we will! We're not saying anything bad about anybody or trying to hurt anybody, we're just having fun and break up the day's monotony...

I don't get why people complain 'i feel left out'. If you feel left out JUMP ON IN... the water is fine. don't use this website or shout outs to calculate how 'liked' you are. this isn't high school OR a popularity contest.

some girls stick out more...bottom line. It's there PERSONALITY...and it comes through on the computer.

you want a shout out...get on the thread and shout yourself out....you want your pics up...POST them all over the place.

I only posted the pics I SAW...if you don't stick them in my face, I am probably not going to see them...simple fact.

I'm sorry...I don't want to come off like a b!tch, and I understand, but there are TWO sides.

Betsy, maybe your professional pictures weren't your dreams, but the one your DH did with you on the dance floor is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

Don't apologize Kathleen! I found some gorgeous pictures of our brides that I never saw. It is hard to remember all the 06 brides names that don't stand out in my mind when I started to browse.

I think it was a great thread to bring back many memories!

Kathleen, there is no need to apologize. It took me two days to go through the Official '06 Bride's List to write down names, go through albums and then post pics.

I haven't had that much fun in a long time. There are so many pics in albums that didn't get posted on a thread or in a review that I wouldn't have seen if I didn't sit myself down to do this.

i'm not one of the most 'popular' bride. i don't have my pro pics yet, so they aren't online to be posted, because of that, my 'popularity' hasn't increased.

i know this and if i get offended because someone else is trying to make things fun around here, then poo on me.

yes, we have to be careful and thoughtful not to hurt anyone. but this is not something to apologize about.

What you did was really great. I think its retarded for you to be apologizing. Thats ridiculous. No one posted my pics, was I upset? NOOOOOOO. Thats also bc I havent even done a review or even recieved my proofs digitally. I loved looking at everyone's pics. We all made beautiful brides.

Kathleen's post was only meant as a nice 'hey remember the great brides of 06' kind of thread. Unfortunately, quite a few people were left out. Unless you were to take the list of brides who were getting married in 06 and post a pic from each wedding, you can't possibly cover everyone.

So, I understand the feeling of being 'left out' but I also understand the purpose behind the thread. So Kathleen, you have no reason to apologize and neither does anyone who felt left out.
