Re-Post from BHB: DIY Table Number Holders

Hey Ladies -

Does anyone know where I would be able to purchase the top part of these place card holders (like the swirly metal part only?) I have an idea of for table number holders that I would like make myself, just don't know where I could purchase this piece by itself.

Thanks!
