I placed an order with them for flipflops last night, this morning @ 7am I received a phone call from WAYNE EDWARDS, who claims to be the CEO, manager, owner, ect ect. This man is rude and unprofessional!!!! My GRANDMOTHER answered the phone and he used every obscenity possible (screaming mind you) and ended the call by calling her an Effin Street WH0re! (W*TF!???? Im soo pi$$ed) I called the telephone number on their site. Before I could even ask him what he was calling for he called me a B!TCH...at this point I see theres not getting through to this guy so I hung up. He then called my JOB (over 40x) menacing and Verbally abusing my entire office!!!!!
I beg YOU dont use this company. I filed a complaint with the BBB he refuses to refund my $$$$

He was too busy calling me names and screaming to say what he wanted! ugh! Everytime I asked him what the call was in reference to he would say 'you should Know you effin B!tch' and started saying something abt fraud. Im so upset I called my bank to have them stop payment but that takes a process.

2010'er crashing.
i ordered from there and didn't have any problems. I did receive a call from someone (that same guy, i'm assuming) because i ordered a combo of 3 diff styles and one was out of stock. He didn't seem rude when he told me, but he was also not super-nice.
other than that, i didn't have any issues with them.
still, i'm so sorry you had that experience with him. it kidn of sounds like he's confusnig you with someone else, but it's still extremely unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable!
