For a 16 month old FG to wear? I'm leaning towards the clip. I can see her taking off the headbands.
1-headband 2-wreath 3-pretty clip (she has a nice amount of hair!)

I would go with the clip I know my daughter althoguh she is gonna be 10 months old I try to put a headband in her hair and she takes it out but clips and other things like that she keeps in

ask the baby's mom....my son loves to wear hats and keeps them on his head...my nephew pulls a hat off before you even have it on...every child is different. I would ask the baby's mother what she thinks is best.
