So, after MUCH back and forth, FH and I have finally decided on two readings and two people to read those readings. I'm pretty sure we are also supposed to give them gifties, right? I've never been a reader and I didn't really know I was having them until like, two weeks ago, so I haven't planned for it. What did you girls give your readers (if anything)?

I think it's mixed. Some people do and some don't.
I got my readers a gift. It's one of the gifts I bought all my girls.

we got our readers gifts. we have 2 also and they're 13yrs & 15yrs old. I bought the 15yr old girl a locket & keepsake box engraved with her initials on the locket & 'thank you for being a part of our day, we love you' on the box. For the 13yr old boy, we got him Oakley sunglasses....they travel a lot & he plays baseball....They loved them!

Our readers were our godparents. We got them gift certificates to restaurants they like.
The rest of the BP gifts came from things remembered though.

We got our readers gifts but nothing too big. We got two of them bottles of wine and one a bottle of liquor.

We didn't give our readers a gift. I never knew about giving them gifts until I saw it on here, so they definitely didn't even think about it.

ive been a reader and never got a gift and never even thought bout it....my readers are from the bp so i ddt get them anything extra..jut the regular bp gift
in saying that i think its sweet of you do give them a gift an im sure they will be really appreciative

IMO, I think readers or anyone involved in the actual weddings in some way or another should get a gift (BP, readers, those bringing up the gifts, a friend who is acting as DOC). Not saying the gift should be extravagant but just something small to show that you appreciate them for participating in your wedding.
