My MOH and I were talking today and it's her's and her husband's 25th anniversary next week. To make a long story short, she made a list of the 25 reasons she loves him and one of them included when he read The Velveteen Rabbit to their son to cheer him up. She actually had a part of it read at her wedding. I asked her if she would consider doing that reading at my wedding and she's so excited to! It's the first thing I'm able to do at the ceremony that incorporates something from someone else's wedding who I love. I'm so excited now. It's going to be so touching.
