Ready to hyperventilate -- With Update

So I know that I have barely been on in the past 6 months, but I know that when I am totally stressed I can come here....

My husband and I put in an offer on a house this morning, and we are still waiting to hear back from the seller. They were re-located and the sale of the house is partially being run through the re-location agency. They don't feel that we are putting down enough money, but they haven't said yes or no to our offer yet. I'm going to go nuts waiting!!!

Please keep your fingers crossed for us that they accept our offer! At this point it seems like we need all the help we can get!!

UPDATE: We didn't get it .....oh well, that just means we get to keep looking!
