Really annoyed (etsy vent)

I ordered my cake topper on etsy months ago. I paid the deposit, the girl made it, less a couple details. Fast forward to 8/21 - I message her to iron out the last couple details, and haven't heard back. I just sent her another message saying that if I don't hear back from her in a couple days I am going to have to contact etsy and paypal to try to get my money back.

But, what do I do now, with less than 6 weeks to go? The price was great and it was the style I wanted in terms of a mix between cartoonish and realistic (here is my initial LIW post on it ).

Does her shop say anything about being on vacation? What about her feedback? Any recent purchases/sales?

It seems weird that she would just disappear

Ok... The only thing I could think of is that she is back in school and doesn't have the chance to respond as quickly as possible. (Her shop says she's 17)

Give her a few days then I would definitely email etsy about it.
