Really Annoyed......anyone have any advice

Ok so last month I got these really weird text messages from this number I dont know. They know me because they said my name. So I was like whatever and just ignored them.

So now tonight I got texts from the number again they said

'hey sexy'

'u remember me baby girl?'

AND

'I have my hands down my pants and thinkin of you'

And then I called the number back and they were getting pissed cuz I wasnt saying anything I just wanted to see if I knew the voice. And then they called me a fat *** and all this ****. So I know its not one of my friends playing a prank on me cuz they wouldnt say that to me.

im sooooooooo aggravated I tried to call verizon and they cant give out info about names with numbers.

I also tried the online look up things that you have to pay for and NOTHING.......(I better get my money back it said 100% gaurteed)

Anyone know how I can find out whos doing this?

You can contact the police and they can get the information from verizon. This happened to my MOH this past summer...........but it was more frequent than what you are dealing with......the police investigated and found out where it was coming from.

I'm sorry you are dealing with this......it's very scary.....be sure to keep ALL of those messages so you have evidence..............

Well IDK...........i tried all the above except calling the police. I mean its really not that a huge a deal, just annoying! And I live in FLA now so calling the police even if it was serious isnt going to do me any good. Oh well I guess.

Maybe I just need to change my phone number. Its just pretty sad because last time I checked I was an adult. Im not in middle school anymore. RIDICULOUS!

I would call the phone co and tell they you are getting harrassing calls. Im not sure if it works with a cell phone, but I know w/ landlines if u call them, they can do something where next time they call, your hit *## (I forgot the #s) and they can trace it. Its worth a try.

Could it be one of FHs friends or an ex?!??!

Its very rude and immature. If you dont mind changing your #- then go for it, but if it IS someone u know- they will just call agian.
