Really Cute Fall-themed place card holder

I saw this on www.harryanddavid.com
It's a little pumpkin that holds a chocolate truffle inside and a placecard holder on the putside stem..... They are expensive, but I think it averages to like $8 per pumpkin and you get 6 pumpkins and 12 chocolate truffles.
Thought anyone who's getting married in November might be interested in the idea...http://www.harryanddavid.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ExecMacro/productlink.d2w/report?superitem=15791
