Really getting annoyed

Really getting annoyed

Our wedding was June 25

We picked up our photo proofs July 29...they were ready earlier, but we were in Europe

We were told that the DVD burner had been broken, and they would mail us our DVD of proofs ASAP

I emailed them to remind them of that last week when we were having the photo delivery issues for the grandma's party....they didn't react to that part of the email

I emailed them again last night to remind them, they said I would have the online stuff today and the DVD would be sent out

It is August 10 and the moms are asking to see them

We still don't have the DVD, nor are our images online for our families to look at or on Facebook.....and there are girls with weddings from last weekend whose photos have been put up

Do I have a right to be cranky? I feel like we paid our balance and now they don't care?

Yes you can be a little cranky but don't worry they are coming, and will be here before you know it!!!

Just feel like I keep getting pushed aside. Don't like it....especially after dropping $4,000

ugh! i don't blame you at all! if you don't mind my asking, who did you use?
I would call them and start asking why other girls wedding photos have been put up while yours, which are over a month old, have not

I used a vendor on here

It's just frustrating. I've spoken with them twice about getting the images up online...

I think I would be a lil cranky mostly because Id be so anxious. but no worries they will be here soon!

It's not that I am waiting anxiously....I have the physical proofs

But I don't know why the weddings that happened in late July and early August are up, and mine is not. It makes me think something is wrong

I'm just cranky because when someone says they will do something in a timely manner, I expect that they will do it....not make me email them 30 more times to get what I paid for. I paid the balance upon receiving the proofs....I should have held the check until I had the disc, I guess

Well...looks like I didn't get them in email this morning like their email stated last night. I am just p i ssed. I do not like when vendors do not hold up their end of the bargain. Especially when they are LIW vendors

I think going in person makes a big impact!! Are you allowed to post their name on here so that they know you are willing to tell everyone? I don't know if that is allowed.
