Holy smokes I was just going to do a post on this. I have stopped doing the shred since I started going to the gym but I have incorporated most of the moves in the shred to my workout at the gym. Is that bad? Do you think I should keep doing the shred and just do cardio at the gym?

Ummmm...I don't know...I don't think you can excercise too much, as long as you aren't killing yourself...

LOL....ME tooo!!!!!! Pain for days... but it gets better. the thing is...by the time I feel better, I don't want to do it to myself again!

I love a good @ss-kicking! But honestly, I prefer to kick my own @ss at the gym. I'm not a huge fan of the shred...

Ok so I don't hate Jillian Michaels today as much as I thought I would...that means I'm in better shape now than three months ago!!
Now if only my *** would hop on board I'd be happy!!
