i am so close to crying now... i did not even get to say BYE to my Grandmother when she passed away... so just enjoy those moments....

Same thing happend to my grandpa...just be strong and treat him as normally as possible, thats what my Gpa wanted...Sorry to hear this is happening. My G-pa passed away 5 years ago on Dec. 21st, its really hard to go through and especially with the holidays..my thoughts and pprayers are with you
