A receiving line is usually done after the mass/ceremony where the bride/groom & BP greet the guests as they walk out of the church.

After you say I do and you walk down to the exit of the ceremony site, your guest who have attended the ceremony will line up to congratulate you both with lots of kisses & hugs. ![]()
