recent Crescent beach club experiences?

Hi Everyone, I'm new here, just got engaged at the end of Oct. The forums have been really informative, but I haven't seen much recent postings about crescent beach club. We put down a save the date deposit for a Sat. afternoon, but I'm getting a bit nervous. I've read mixed reviews about cbc. We really like it since we love the idea of a beach wedding, but just wanted to make sure we weren't getting ourselves into a planning nightmare! Any advice? Any recent experiences? thanks!!

I dont have a recent experience but my friend got married there a few yrs ago and it was beautiful. The view was great and the food was good too. Have you tried to google reviews from wedding wire or other sites?

thanks for replying, yes, i have, but i was hoping to get some feedback from people here in the forum since i've been finding it so informative in this forum =). I guess there aren't too many active members here who had a cbc wedding recently.

Eh, This is a little late, BUT my friends brother got married there two years ago and said it was PHENOMENAL! Wonderful food, service, EVERYTHING! We actually put a STD down and officially booked here too!! Did you wind up sticking with it!? hows your experience been so far?
