Reception Card help

Hey girls....so I need to send in my wording for my reception card (that goes with the invitation)....what is the normal wording for this?? suggestions??

Something along the lines of, Following church services, we request your presence for a reception in honor of the bride and groom. Time Location.
There should be some basic wording for that somewhere online if you do a google search
