Reception hall advice

Hey all- I'm new to the site. I was wondering if anyone had any info on The Memorare Club in seaford? It's a K of C hall. Any info is much appreciated.

I looked there. From what I remember the price wasn't too bad. However, there were a few drawbacks- there was not a seperate room for cocktail hour. Also, you had to set everything up yourself. The menu wasn't too big either. Because its a knights of columbus you wont get the 'add-on's' (chair covers, martini bars, seafood boats) or even the option that you get at other reception halls.

If you're worried about price there are many halls out there I looked at that were just as a reasonably priced as KoC.

I had looked there in beginning of my search, but at the time they did not have 2010 prices yet, so i crossed them off my list. They kind of have an all inclusive package that includes centerpieces, a dj, and a photographer.

I went to a wedding there about 3 years ago and everything was done very well. The ceremony was set up really nice-the only thing that was bad, was after the ceremony theres really nowhere to go except hang out in the hallway as the change the room over. The food was very good, the dj was good.
