reception hall feedback

i am going tomorrow to look at chateau la mer and la grange inn tomorrow. anyone have any feedback on either one? thanks

I was Planning to go there to check it out last week. When i called chateau la mer This woman had hanged the phone up on me. So i did not want to go there.

I went to LaGrange Inn and the banquet manager was so sweet. I think her name was Helen. The place was so warm and cozy, like a B&B (that's what it used to be). I really liked the large room, very bright airy. The other rooms were very similar. What's nice is that they can change the size of the rooms to accommadate your reception. The foyer is very welcoming, but I thought it was a little dark.

I had my Engagement Party at Chateau La Mer and it was excellent. Lots of good things to say about them. FM me if you want more info.

I went to a showcase at the LaGrange and did not like how it looked inside. When you go visit you will see, but the ceilings are very low and since they can split the rooms there are school gym type dividers you can see, even when the dividers are not in use. JMO...

When we were looking at catering halls we went to Chateau Le Mer and thought it was beautiful, however, we decided against it because we have never heard of, I just saw a picture of it in a magazine, so we booked somewhere else but as time went on, I have heard nothing but good things about it, I think the management changed over too. Hope that helps a little.

It's beautiful, great food and they will do anything to please you. Nick is wonderful, if you meet with him.

My fiancee and i booked our wedding at chateau la mer for july 2005. we are really happy with it so far. they've done it over and the price is very reasonable. meet w/ Nick - he's great. they have food tastings i think once a month, which also helps. we went to one last month and it was great! good luck and let me know if you have any more specific questions...

We looked at Chateau La Mer. Liked it a lot and they're also renovating right now so it will be even better. I do have the pricing at home but it was for April so I'm not positive what difference (if any) there would be for October. FM me if you want the prices I have.

I went to Chateau La Mer for work twice and it was excellent! There is such a beautiful view. You can arrive by yacht! The staff is wonderfuland the food is delicious. I had 2 very good experiences there.
