Hi everyone...I am new to the site and am hoping you can help! We are having a small wedding - less than 75 guests. We cannot find a RH to accomodate us - all that we've seen so far are asking to GUARANTEE 75. We live in Queens but are open to anywhere in Nassau/Suffolk. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated - THANK you so much!

Did you try the Swan Club? They have pretty small rooms there. Also, the Thatched Cottage has a small room as well, but I'm not sure they'll book that room at the risk of losing a big wedding for their big room. They told me that they use the small room mostly for Sweet 16s, Retirement Parties, etc.

Verdi's in Whitestone might be able to accommodate you!
I believe Westbury Manor has a small room. Also I went to a bday party on a Sat night once at Danfords in Port Jefferson. I doubt there were 75 people there so you may want to check that out.
I would also check out the George Washington Manor and the Swan Club. I know there are more..if you do a search on this site for small wedding or RH and low minimum you'll find quite a few hits.

check out the Metropolitan in Glen Cove, they also have a smaller room downstairs called 'the Club' food and service is great

we did a 60 person guarantee at Larkfield Manor in E. Northport for a Sun nite.

Try San Succi on LI...someone told me it's a great place for a small wedding and very pretty!

my min is 50 guests...I have the smallest room at Leonards in Great Neck...I also got quoted for 55 ppl min at Coral House, Manor East and Swan Club.
