I remember Windows on the Lake offered me $40 per person w/o liquor on a Sunday in the summer. I believe that also went for their pther place across the lake. I think it was like $45 with liquor..

Pretty good pricing, but I just loved CLM.

I don't know about 'lowest' but off season and sunday afternoons The Coral House has some great prices.

Windows on the Lake was I think $97 or $98 for a Saturday evening in August. That was the lowest I was quoted. Good luck!

Fox Hollow $50 (or $51) pp Jan/Feb

Sat/Sun nights

ETA - short bookings (3 - 6 months before the date) are also inexpensive Some ladies have gotten 'pricey' halls to waive site fees or to reduce the price to say $60 pp when it would normally be $100+ for that date.

Swan Club was 54 for a Saturday night in Jan/Feb

Check out the places at Lessing's . Their prices are supposed to be less than average. She could also try a place like the Brentwood Country Club that features an all-inclusive package. I think you get just about everything for 100 guests for 8K. Good luck!!

And Coral House prices INCLUDE gratuity. Just add the tax per person.

Westbury Manor quoted us $48 per person for a Sunday wedding in February. I remember that the Swan Club was also reasonably priced for Feb.

These were for comparable menus for a Saturday 2004 in November:
Coral House $60-63 (don't remember exact # but I think includes gratuity)
Stewart Manor CC $59
Swan Club $55

We also looked at the Milleridge, Sans Souci and Caffe on the Green, all were higher priced.
