Here is additional pricing for Westbury Manor per person including gratuity (20%) & tax (8.625%) for an evening ceremony & reception with 100 people guaranteed

April - Fri - $116.01
May - Fri - 126.44
June - Oct. - Fri - 129.05


We got a qoute that includes chair covers, chocolate fountain, ice sculpture and a suckling pig for the CH. It was $100 (before 20% and tax)for a sunday evening in 09 june -oct ... 85 guarentee in the garden room

Hmm...When we were originally looking at January the quote included a tropical bar, chocolate fountain, chair covers and a Caribbean hot food station for CH. Is the ice sculpture in addition to the one at the Champagne Welcome?

ETA: I see theres a quote of 105 for Sat in July, but what about Fri and Sun in peak/off peak?

Prices PP for a Saturdy Night:
-Jan 95
-April/Nov 105
-May 135

minimum for the large room is 175
minimum for the smaller room is 150

As far as Carlyle on the Green for a Saturday evening reception in March its $195 per person, which includes tax and gratuity

how much is CLM for in January of 09? anyone know yet? havent had a chance to call and talk with them. looking forward to going there for the TWOTY though!!


I went there when we were looking and we were quoted $60 pp and they were going to throw in the chocolate fountain for free

Anyone know how much Cresent Beach Club is...I have fallen in love with this place and even though I haven't seen it in person I want to call right now and book (for fear by the time I am engaged they won't have the date I want).

you definitely should say something they told us they did that for all winter brides.

just thought i'd add a few quotes i got within the last 2 weeks...

Prices for:
Saturday, June 2009 wedding for 100-125 people

Swan Club: 98/person (viennese included in all Sat. evening weddings), 18% gratuity, 100 p. min
Crest Hollow CC: 115/person, 20% gratuity & sales tax, 150 p. min.
Fox Hollow: 99/person, 20% & sales tax & mat'd tip; willing to go down to 110 p. min. for winter garden pavillion room (even though he usually only goes down to 125 for this time)
Sans Souci: 89/person, 125 person minimum.
Milleridge Carriage House: 94/person INCLUDES gratuity and sales tax, 70 person minimum
