reception hall question

my fi and i am paying for our wedding all by ourselves. we are on a tight budget. i was looking around and i found 2 places that might fit our budget but neither one of us has heard of them. if any one has herad of either Ariana Waterfalls or the Mediterranean Manor in pachouge or been to functions there or are getting married there, any insight would be great.

We plan on visiting both but we wanted some insight first.

Also Windows on the Lake and Beach Club Estate in Ronkonkoma are reasonable and very nice. FSIL got married there and they still have her pic on the website

I second WM, I got a fantastic deal for a Sunday in January. Check out Verdis in Westbury, Bella Verde in Islip, Thatched Cottage, Coral House and the Sterling.

I went to a wedding at the Mediterranean Manor and it was really nice. The food was great.

My mother is getting married at med manor n sept.
It is GORGEOUS there and the food is terrific!!!!

I was originally wanting to go to ariana waterfall... From the comp. it looks beautiful and the price was right...
But it was too far from us and FH refused to go to the town its in... So no go....

Check out Windows on the Lake and Beach Club Estate (sister site). They have a great package.

Also try The Sterling in Bethpage. I went to a wedding there. Was very nice and the food was great.

FH and I got a bad feeling from the Mediterean Manor. They offered a package deal and there was no budging. This is what they offer-period. We opted to not use them. Never heard of other place. Try our place-Meadow Club in PJS. We got a great deal. We are on a tight budget and I can give you many hints to cut corners but still have a perfect day. My FSIL just went to a sweet 16 there and said the food was awesome-everything. They are doing a bridal showcase 3/2. FM for more info.
