Reception Halls

Well girls, I am starting to FINALLY look at RH's!!! We want to have it booked by March.

I went to Vineyard Caterers, I took ALOT of pictures so if anyone wants them FM me. The place is GORGEOUS!!!! Its not as expensive as I thought, they havent raised their prices in 5 years. The best thing FH liked was the 'grooms room' that had a big screen tv and its own bar The little things that the guys like!!

I am going to CLM Tuesday and I am sure I will have lots of pictures of that too!

Have any of you looked at any places in Suffolk and got prices??

Wow, that is a very nice touch with the Groom's room. If you dont mind my asking what are the prices for Vineyard? I am thinking of May of 09.

May thru October the prices were:
Friday $100 pp
Saturday afternoon $90 pp
Saturday evening $115 pp
Sunday $110 pp
(that is without tax and grat)

Sept thru April were 10% off those prices.

Friday and Sunday you can pick your times for the reception.

As soon as I put the pictures on the computer I will put them on here.

Did you mean Nov-April 10% off? I looked at the VC website and loved it. Very beautiful. How far from East Wind was it?
Do you know what their minimum was?
I looked at the virutal tour on the website, and the grand ballroom had windows with curtains up. Do those windows overlook the vineyard?

My younger sister works at Venitian Yatch Club and she is actually working today- she is doing the phones all day. Therefore, if any of you want I can call her and ask her if she can give me a list of prices for 2009 (all seasons!)...

I wont be able to list the prices until later tonight after like 6pm when I get home from work...

I think we drove for about 10 minutes from East Wind to there.

The ballroom windows dont overlook the vineyard, the cocktail room is on the other side. I will try to add pics and show you the stuff they dont have on the website!

Fortunately they would be able to give me a nice deal. However, FH and I do not want our wedding there We think it is very gorgeous but we have lived in Babylon for sooo long and know too many people who have worked there had their weddings there- and we want something different!! But it is gorgeous and food is great!!
