Reception Location help!!!

I just saw the Milleridge Cottage and Carriage house and really like it. But now I'm hearing that the food is bad. Anyone have a wedding there or has attened weddings there??

mbent1 - I am having my 9/27/03 wedding there and did alot of research before booking. The tasting had amzing food and the girls on this board who got marreid there rave about it.

You make me feel better. We really like it and would hate for the food to be bad. I'm not getting married until 2005 so if it ****s - please tell me!!!

Mine is at teh George washington manor..which has teh same owners as Milleridge Cottage houe..and their food is GREAT! I went for the taste testing and then a few other times just showed up to check out the food..Ive heard only great things about both places.

Do a search under jenhos, charliesgirl or ddunne. They are brides who got married at the Milleridge.

I was at a wedding there about a year and a half ago, it was really nice and the food was good from what I remember. I've never heard anything bad about the food there actually.

I've heard nothing but good things about Milleridge. Go for it! Request a tasting if you are really nervous.

They were booked for my date, but I've heard wonderful things, & they were my mom's first choice.

I had my shower at the Milleridge and the food was really good. I've never heard anything bad about the food there.

Before you book, ask if you can taste the food.
I'm sure the food is delicious.

I have Never heard anything bad about the food there in fact one of my friends works there. I wouldnt book newhere with out tasting the food first!

I went to a wedding there about a year ago. I remember the food being great. My FI even commented on how good it was and he is terribly picky and the worst critic.
