Reception Music Question

For those of you doing the garter/bouquet toss and cake cutting ceremony, are you having the entire song played, or will the DJ fade it out or something once the tossing/ cutting is over with?

And in case anyone is using 'Grow Old With You' by Adam Sandler for the cake cutting, are you also playing the intro part with Billy Idol or not?

I would do the whole song, it is not that long, if you are doing 'grow old with you'. I think I would not do the Billy Idol intro.

THAT is a great idea to use the 'grow old with you' song for the cake cutting!!! i never thought of that!!

ummm i also never thought of playing the whole song for the garter/bok toss.... hmmm now you have me thinking....

I would do the whole song, it is not that long, if you are doing 'grow old with you'. I think I would not do the Billy Idol intro.

Yea, I mean the songs I picked out are fairly short, but considering the bouquet toss takse like 30 seconds, what do we do for the other 3 min before the garter removal?
And I guess I will have to talk to my DJ to figure out if he can fade into the grow old with you song after the billy idol part.

Thanks! I got the idea from some other brides on here... as soon as I listened to it I knew it was perfect for us (especially the part about putting me to bed after I've had too much to drink hehe )

And seriously, its all these little, rather unimprtant details that I spend most of my time worrying about lol
