REception Newsletters????

A while ago I saw a post on here about the newsletters that you leave on the plates at the reception. I printed out the samples that people posted..but I know they said they had them made by someone or had a template for them or something. Does anyone know where I can get the template from?? Thanks so much!!!

I will try to post pictures of the ones I have later!
