Reception on a yacht

So I know I posted about a destination wedding however our other choice was church wedding on Long Island and then reception on a yacht (guest count is around 300). Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks

Nicole

Reception on a yacht

i was in a wedding on a yacht. it went around manhattan for 5 hours. honestly, it was fun - the views were fantastic but by the end of the night, we were pooped and stuck on the boat until the very end haha.

Reception on a yacht

Thats true. Guests who would like to leave early would probably be upset (older people, couples with young children etc.) but I think a yacht is a great idea! Another thing to think about is late guests.
