reception on water

ok, most of you are probably sick of hearing of my reception on the water dilemmas. but, i went to look at the swanhaka yacht club today (beautiful) and the crescent. i didnt have an appointment and felt a little akward walking into the crescent w/o an appointment because there was an affair going on. anyway, the minute i walked in i loved it. i spoke w/ the hostess at the restaurant and she told me to go downstairs to the banquet office. they were busy at the time and she took my name and number. i really didnt get to see the place, but what i did see i loved. if any has looked or booked, please give me some info. i think i am in love, my FI (who's away) saw pictures and doesnt like the idea of a restaurant being open during the reception. doesn't bother me, but after seeing the place maybe his feelings will change. any input would be great.

I looked at the Cresecent and thought it was very nice. We were looking for a March wedding and were able to get a good price due to it being off-season. During peak season it is pretty pricey. However, they seemed to be very accomodating.
