reception order of events

i just got my paperwork in the mail from the DJ with the order of events and the times that we want to have events occur. just wondering how everyone was spacing theirs out, FH and I are unsure of when to do things.

CH starts at 5
dinner around 6 or 630
end at 12am

toast: ??? not sure when to do before or after dinner (we are having a buffet style dinner)
cake cutting: ???
first dance: ???
bridal party dance: ???
M/S & F/D dance: ???
garter/boquet toss: ???
dollar dance: ??? (don't really want to do but family tradition so we kind of feel obligated to do it)

We got our paperwork from our band this week too and it lists the order but doesn't ask for times, I think more depends on what time dinner is ready & such (the hall would dictate this)

Usually though immediately after the first dance is the best man's toast.
