Check out Larkfield Manor.. they are def in your price range... amazing food... nice quiant outside for pics and they will work with you and sometimes throw in some nice freebies or upgrades :

Westbury Manor has beautiful grounds, but they are on the top end of your price range. They definately negotiate, we got ours down about $20pp from what they originally offered, and they threw in a bunch of stuff. We booked with Natasha, she was so nice and welcoming. westburymanor.com. The Watermill is also nice, but in the same price range as WM. If you are looking for more reasonable, Tall Grass Country Club (on a golf course) was nice, and at the lower end of your budget. They are listed on lessings.com.

I am getting married @ chateau la mer. It was very affortable and I loved it.
ps I went to the Rivera and got quoted $25 more pp for the same day and time

I think everyone mentioned all the places I looked at and liked... Thatched Cottage Riviera Swan Club Chateau La Mer Someone mentioned Venetian Yacht Club, but just want to give you a heads up that they quoted me $115 pp for a Sunday in July. All the other above places are in your range. Good luck!

Swan Club quoted me at mid $70's for a Saturday night in November, so it might be a little more in October.
