Does anyone know of a hall that will book with only 100 guests for a saturday evening...everywhere i call they have at least a 140 - 175 minimum and one place even hung up on me when i said i had only 100 guests.
We had to guarantee 150 for Sat. night at the Riviera

The Milleridge Carriage House would definetly work, also try the Coral House. They have 2 rooms that hold a smaller minimum, and they have a great menu as well.

WM definately can accomodate 100p . That was the first place I visited the upstair room is perfect for your party size. I only had to garuantee 50p. May you can consider changing your date to a offpeakseason the RH maybe more flexible.

Are you totally set on having your Wedding on a Sat?? I'm doing mine on a Thursday and most halls I've been to were ok with a guarentee of 80-85. Jericho Terrace has a smaller room that I don't see on their website, its called The Oak Room and my guarentee was only 75..I'm not sure how much the room holds but I would guess no more than 120. Other than that I think the girls mentioned most of the halls that I would have. Good luck!

Try the Harbor Club. Matt is great and unlike a lot of other places that accomodate small weddings, you're the only event going on. Good luck!
Pardon the intrusion but here's some info I got in Nov 2006 for my small wedding: they (Harbor Club) advertise only 1 wedding but that's not really true! we went to check it and were offered the upstairs but told we would have limited access to the gardens because another wedding would be downstairs! just so you know. the place is pretty but we did not like the set up upstairs for a small wedding. the room is like an ell and they wanted to do cocktail in one side and then clean up there and put wedding in other side. we were afraid about the noise. Now we checked for Sunday nite. maybe Sat would be only 1.
Also on sunday we looked for 60 as guarantee and were able to work with Washington Manor, Westbury Manor, Holiday Inn plainview (think that was 75), Capt. Bill's, Bedell's in Freeport on water, Irish Coffee bar.
Saving best for last . . . we went with Larkfield Manor - - their small room ans it was WONDERFUL. the people are so sweet and accomodating. they try to make your wedding the best day possible for you - - even with a small wedding. we did guarantee of only 60 , altho they said min is usually 75. again, that's Sun but I can't believe Sat min would be that much higher. Please check them out. you will not be disappointed.
