Floral Terrace, Leonards, Sand Castle & Jericho Terrace are not on the south shore at all. They are more central than north or south.
Maybe Brentwood Country Club, Captain Bill's, Atlantica, Venetian Yacht Club, Chateau La Mer are the ones that come to my mind.
