REcessional songs?

REcessional songs?

What is everyone playing for their recessional, walking back up the aisle? I've already picked the processional songs (Canon in D for me and Ode to Joy for everyone else), but can't seem to find anything for the recessional.

All of the websites that I've seen have processional options, but I haven't found anything I like to walk back up the aisle to.

Well, there is always the traditional Mendelson 'wedding march'
but we are using something more contemporary:
Enya; Book of Days. It's atherial and musically epic, but fits the music we are playing throughout; some classical, some with words.

Check out other Enya music as well, if it interests you. She has some pieces that are instrumental only as well. Otherwise, if you are looking classical/no words only then maybe download some classical pieces. I would suggest Mozart or Beethoven. (my personal favorite) a Symphony perhaps.

for the bridal party, we did pachabels canon in day. for me, we did bachs air on a g string (everyone laughs at that title). for walking back, we did all you need is love from the love actually soundtrack...awesome...people who saw the movie got a kick out of it. but whenever we hear that song, we think of our wedding.
