Does anybody have a recipe of something cheap/easy/fast that I can make for Thanksgiving with a super busy schedule? I want to bake something for FH to bring to work on Thanksgiving to share since he's stuck working!

Re: Recipe?
my best friend has a recipe for pumpkin bread that is YUM and really easy. She is sending it to my FH for him to bring to work, i'll get it from her and post it here if you like.
Peel potatoes, boil, mash... top with Marshmallows... put in oven until marshmallows are golden brown.
Ta daaaa!

Re: Recipe?
I want to make cookies or brownies, but they would need to be somehow gourmet... so the Chocolate Mousse Cups could work for that.... I like having the '1950's housewife' kind of thing. I've been trying to increase my kitchen skills.
Everything sounds so good though! I just downed a box of Jr Mints because this thread was making me hungry!
