So tomorrow I want to make something nice for dinner for FH (whose been under a lot of work related stress). Problem I'm not a big on cooking, so I need some ideas on what to make. Please post your easy to make recipes.

I love the kraftfoods website they have a ton of easy to make meals. One of my favorites is the Bruschetta Chicken Bake.
