Recipe I put together with left over lasgna noodles & store bought roasted chicken

I made reg lasgna last night but I had made too many noodles to fit in the pan so I used some ingreadiants I had in the houseand came up with this recipe:


Sauce: you can use your fav creamed soup I used...

2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
milk to thin the sauce
seasonings (the soup is a little bland so go crazy on the seasonings)

Mixture: You can add as much or as little chicken, spinich or other veggies as you want

Shredded store bought rotissery chicken
1 can spinich
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 table spoons cream sauce (just enough to made the ingredients stick together a bit)

Layer noodles, sauce, and filling just like any lasgna alternating untill you fill the pan

Place remaining sauce on top and more cheddar cheese on top. Dont forget to put some sauce on the bottom first.

This was a great way to turn left overs into something else and you can use any type of veggies and cheese you want !
