Hi since everyone knows that i am a chef i was wondering if everyone would want/use a recipe of the week. Since i have written 3 cookbooks (still trying to find a publisher ) I have so many on hand - just curious how everyone feels about this.

my vote is YES. 1 request: can these recipies also teach me how to cook? I am clueless, FH cooks amazing and I am starting to feel a bit of competition (he makes fun of me and looks very condescending when making something )

i actually do cooking classes but if you follow my instructions you should be ok!!!!
