Recommend Cheap Hair/Makeup?

Okay so this is my third post of the day...can you tell I need help and am going insane?

I need a hair and makeup person to come to the house, however I want someone who is as cheap as I can get since I am not rich. I met with someone today who said that they could do hair for 75 and make up for 75 (per person) and the trials would be 1/2 price. Does anyone know of anyone that would be cheaper in suffolk county (i live in centereach area)?
