My girls are going to be wearing the color in the pic below and I'm not sure what colored flowers will work with this. Should I go with just white? Will pinks be too clashy? Help!
I think if you went with a pastel-ly pink it would look really pretty. I like the white bo-K in the pic though too. What about purples, like lilac or lavendar?
honestly--you could bring a swatch/pic of the BM dresses to your florist, and they can recommend some flower choices from there. that's what my florist did. i told him what color my girls are wearing (eggplant) --and immediately he was shooting off ideas!
That's the same dress that my girls are wearing, only they'll be in blue. I think that pink or purple would look really nice with that color.
Try a light pink, or even peach and a maybe lavender? The lavender may push it, though.
I think pastely pinks with a little white and a hint of greenary would look beautiful with the dress.
thanks so much for all your advice. i don't have a swatch of the dress so i think i'm going to print out this pic and bring it with me to the florist. i love the way a mix of pale colored flowers look (whites, pinks, peach, lavendar) so hopefully the florist will suggest something that clicks.
i think a blue and white bo-k with a hint of green would be LOVELY! :D
