Recommend some photographers...

for me to look into, please! I'm compiling my list...I already have:
Duet
Patken
Imagine
Perceptions
Verdi
(Thanks to you ladies!)

Got any others? Also, how many photographers did you visit before you booked? Thanks!

We booked Twelfth Night Photography. We met with about six photographers and liked them the best.

ETA: I went to about 10 I think. It seemed like I was at a different place every day for 3 weeks almost. Duet was the least expensive for what I wanted.

I don't know if you'd like to check out my photographer...I'm using Great Neck Photographers.

I looked at them first and saw 2 others after and they could not even compare to them.

I would also make an appointment with Spelman Studios in Deer Park. We met with about 9 -10 photographers before booking them.

Definitely see Perceptions! We booked with them for our 11/04 wedding. The pictures that he has posted on his website are AMAZING!!!

here's a second vote for spelman studios. I'd say we visited about 5-6 photgraphers before choosing. Good luck and let us know what you decide!

We visited with one and booked them - based on the work they did for my sister's wedding and their albums and website...we booked Verdi.

Do a search on here under each photographer you're interested in - you should see their work. Definetly go in person and visit with who you're interested in...you want to gel with their personality since they'll be with you all day and capturing some very special moments.

I just got my albums back and they were amazing!!!
I highly recommend them!!!

We are using old family friends of my FIL's, but their work is great and so are their personalities. Remember, these people are following you around all day long and you log in a lot of time with them.... their website is www.lizjoephoto.com and they are in Malverne. We sign our contract Thurs night and then we get to do e-shots with our puppy!!!
