Where should I take my dress to be altered? I bought it from someone who, unfortunately, never got to use it. She got it from Burton's. Should I take it there? Where else would you recommend?

Theres a tailor on 109 in farmingdale or lindenhurst, who I heard is great. Im taking 2 dresses to him for another wedding and am going to see how he does. Ill let you know b/c I too am looking for someone to do my alterations for my bridal gown
