I want this all for under 2500.... - prefer 2000. I'll even take out the parent's albums just to get under...
The digital album (SOHO) is what's going to cost you a lot. I went with patken which was more in the 2100 range which included everything you are looking except for the soho album which was I believe 1K more

Try Angelica Glass. Her wedding package is priced at 1350 and includes: all proofs, negatives, cds of the digital files, all digital editing including colorizations which are no charge, unlimited film, all day coverage and an engagement shoot!
she does not do wedding albums, so you would have to make your own albums, but she can give you info on album companies and photo labs. Im sure you could make your own album, plus 2 parents albums for under 700.
As for wanting a digital album, you would need to set your budget a little higher because one digital album can cost around 1500+!!
