Hair colorist... I want to get my hair highlited (blond highlites) but I dont want to spend an arm & a leg. Any suggestions? I am in nassau county- dont mind going to suffolk.

In Nassau, I love love love Salon O in Plainview on South Oyster Bay Rd. There was no one in particular that I saw because everyone was great. They are really sweet and their prices are amazing.
In Suffolk, I just started going to Cactus in East Setauket. Linda did a wonderful job on my hair-- it had been a while since I'd gone for a touch-up, so she had to correct my huge root growth by adding low-lights and they look great-- plus they were extremely reasonable!

nubest salon in manhasset..christian is who i use..hes a jerk but his work is beyond amazing..

Dirosa in Franklin Square! I use Giselle or Meredith but they are all great can't go wrong with any of them there!!

i used to go in Carle Place in the shopping center of TJ Maxx, to the nail/salon(Next pizza shop)her name is Judy and she works in the back. It was around $80 for long hair and she does a great job

I go to Frasada in Oceanside and think that they are reasonably priced. I get half head highlights for $150, and they do a really good job! HTH!!
