Recommend your ENTRANCE Music

Looking for ideas for our entrance as well as the bridal party entrance

Also, cake cutting song

for cake cutting we're most likely going to use 'grow old with you' by adam sandler...it's funny but cute for entrance songs, you could do something like 'crazy train' by ozzy osborne 'let's get married' by jagged edge 'sandman' by metallica I would say anything upbeat b/c you want people clapping and ready to get the party started!

Thank you!! FH doesn't understand why the entrance song has to be upbeat! haha I will argue with him on this one after we meet with the DJ who will probably say the same thing. Anyway, we are probably going to use Love Rollercoaster by RHCP. (We love rollercoasters!) For cake, not sure yet, maybe Sugar Sugar

I was originally against an entrance- but DH said we HAD to do it. LOL. I just wanted the MC to intruduce us and then us start our first dance. LOL but I listened to DH and we had a entrance with all our wedding party and it was fun. Everyone just has fun with it. We used Rhianna Dont Stop the Music (remix). It wa a fun upbeat song.

And for cake cutting we used 'best friend' by weezer.

yeah our dj gave us a list of songs and they reccomend upbeat for entrance music...if your first dance is slow then 2 slow songs in a row may be a bit boring

We are walking in to 'Angry Young Man' by Billy Joel. It has an awesome beginning solo on the piano and since we both love Billy Joel, we have to walk in to one of his songs. =)

I'm not sure about what the BP is walking in to, or what my cake cutting song will be.

We entered (all of us, parents, BP, us) to American Girl by Tom Petty....it was actually cute b/c nobody but us knew what it was, and when it started playing, DH's 2 friends who were GM were both like YEAH! hahaha....

We entered to Tony Bennet's 'Just in Time' - tongue in cheek since I was 41 and DH 46.

All of the parents and the BP walked into Tian Turner's 'Simply the Best'

entrance we are probably going to have the rocky theme for bp and eye of the tiger for us. We're big rocky fans so it will be funny

Our bridal party walked in to 'Let's Get it Started' - it wasn't my first choice, but when you're making a decision 5 minutes before the reception starts, you take what you can get!

My husband and I walked in to 'Heaven,' the DJ Sammy version. I am a meathead.

For our cake cutting, we used 'Meet the Mets' - hubby is a diehard Mets fan so I figured I'd throw him a bone! Other options we considered were 'Grow Old With You' by Adam Sandler and 'Sugar Sugar' by the Archies.

For cake cutting we're using cut the cake by average white band, Parents entrance is You Should be dancing by the Beegees, Bridal party entrance is Calabria by enur and our entrance is Stop by Janes Addiction

we plan on 'enter sandman' for our entrance. For cake i am not yet decided. I wanted to use 'pour some sugar on me' but my sister is using that for her wedding so now i have to think of something else!
