Just got my hair straightened and I love it, but I need a good flat iron to touch it up. I have a $20 ConAir one that I got in CVS two years ago, and it's fading fast... so I need suggestions! If you could also post the price (if you remember it) that would be great. Thanks!

I have a 1 inch Solia from folica.com. The reviews are comparable to Chi but they are half the price.

Chi flat irons are FANTASTIC! I paid around $100 for mine, it's still going strong after 2 years. Definitely a worthy investment.

i got a 2' CHI from amazon.com for like $85...but i wish i got the 1' because you can get closer to the root with it.

CHI is the best but if its too $$$ for you i would go to the beauty supply store and buy one. Hot Tools works great and its ike 25$. and then buy CHI iron spray, it makes your hair stay straight and less damage.

Sedu from folica.com. LOVE IT!!! i was hesitant to spend the $$ on it. i had a Hot Tools that did great but it started burning my hair after long term use. The SEDU NEVER burns and gets it stick straight and I sue it like 4 times a week. Takes elss time too-one swipe per piece of hair as opposed to 2-3 swipes with ym hot tools. Worth EVERY penny. I convinved my mom to buy one after she saw my hair.

I have the original 1' CHI. They have a lifetime warranty; just be sure to keep the box. I use it with the Chi silk infusion serum or Matrix Sleek Look Iron Down spray as heat protection.

Remington Wet2Straight is the BEST I've ever had by far. I've had the same one for 3 years now adn its amazing. You can get it at target or walmart...its only like $30. It gets REALLY hot, you can always use on wet hair (I don't use it that way...it freaks it me out).
