Recommend Your Gym in Nassau..Not NYSC

HI Everyone,

I currently belong to NYSC and even though it is a good gym, I don't go enough to make the $70 a month worth while.

Can anyone recommend a gym or fitness routine that will not be nearly as expensive yet still productive. I currently live in Island Park so anywhere in Nassau would be great.

we use Bally's in Garden City on Old Country road, but we got a phenomenal deal. $9 per month for me, $19 per month for FH

LA FITNESS. it's amazing I think they currently have only two locations but I thought they were building in southern Nassau...check it out. $49/mo

i totally hear you. i belong to NYSC also and although the 70 bucks a month is ridiculous i had to join there cuz its walking distance from my apt, and with the way parking is by me i know i'd never go if i had to look for a spot later on in the evening. then it would just be a total waste. good luck.... i hear LA fitness is great
