Recommendation for carpet cleaning

Anyone have a good carpet claning person?? I need ONE carpet washed and want to go based on referrals and $$$. Thanks!!!!

Girl...I can see you are going crazy with the house...lol

Check the pennysaver, you can probably check out Stanley Cleaners (something like that) they always have good deals. We used them once when we lived in a Condo and they did a pretty good job.

I dont have a referral but you are definitely smart to go with one, you can't count on a company to be good otherwise We had Sears carpet cleaners do the carpet in our apt a few years ago and they were terrible. I'd love to hear who you end up using and how they are, we are moving into our house in a month and the carpet is nice but definitely needs cleaning.

We didn't pay anyone - we rented a RugDoctor from Sears Hardware, and did the job ourselves. It came out great, took 24 hrs to dry and was not very difficult. It was a pretty fast job, actually - you just have to read the directions carefully.
